Wipro — Error in uploading documents in bgv

Greetings
I uploaded all my documents in wipro portal.
Actually I tried to upload as pdf but it is showing as content blocked contact the site owner.so I uploaded as jpg.
But the wipro team again sent me mail stating upload UG certificates as pdf .I tried but again same issue .
It is uploading but while I'm trying to open it after uploading to verify it is showing as content is blocked.Contact the site ownerMy resume num:20935477
