Wipro — Error while filling up Educational Details(requesting new login id).

Dear sir,
Hello, my name is Vinay Santosh Chipkar.I have been facing issues while filling up the educational details. I have filled all the details in boxes and when i go to proceed by clicking save and next option its showing as please fill all the details. And even some options such as college address line, college roll number, degree name are not available for me to fill up may be due to what i am facing issues like "fill up all details". But there is no option to fill the details.kindly help me out and resolve the issue. Following are my details and attachment of the issue which i am facing.
