I am an Ex employee and it’s been few years quitting Wipro. I has initially put my resignation through the company portal and wanted to do a clean exit since my son had surgery and needed me with him. This was made aware to the Managers and Supervisor but everyday I would be approached by the Operations not to quit and they wanted to retain me. Also to a extent that my Supervisor told me that the manager is telling him not to let me quit and after lot of convincing they made me stay.
But after a month or so, I had to stay back with my son since his surgery could not be delayed and for this reason I took leave and talk to the HR officially. They agreed. But as situation demanded, I could not report back and I made my immediate supervisor aware of all this. He assured me on what’s app chats that he will tell this to the higher management. Soon, I am getting termination letter saying I am absconding.
My supervisor had blocked me as he didn’t want to take responsibility to answer me about this. I soon approached the HR personnel who knew about my leave and she said that she will talk to the Mnagement about my case.
Somehow after all explanations they said that they will relieve me early. And after which the HR personnel also, left or went to maternity leave.
In between, I reached out to the company HR for my Experience letter, they refused saying I have negative balance of 45k. This is unbelievable. How much problems I went through by delaying my sons surgery just cause I could not get relieve when I had applied for the exit.
I am not getting my experience letter and they keep asking me to pay the recovery amount. This Dxperience letter is needed with my current employers. Kindly please help and guide. Was this information helpful? |
