Wipro — Facing problem in login to embark portal (link is not working)

Respected Sir,
I am WIPRO WILP candidate I got offer letter on 2nd of August and got BGV link on 4th of August. The BGV link which is provided is not working means when I click to fill more profile details in icims portal it redirect me to embark login page which should not come.
I am in huge problem. till now I don't get exact solution of my problem.
I have to upload my documents for background verification and I don't have access of embark portal then how can I upload my documents.
So I request you to please help me so that I can upload my documents.
