[Resolved]  Wipro — Final Settlement and relieving letter not received

My last working day in Wipro was 10th May 2021 and my employee id was 20136598, also I served a complete 3 months of notice period. I didn't get my final settlement and Relieving letter till now, it's been one and half months.
When I sent mail to the final settlement team, they said that hardware clearance is pending with my side. I had raised an SIR no: 67480 for an asset lost issue when I was an employee.
There was an additional asset tagged under my name, but reported as missing from the office facility by the IMG team. The IMG team reported that the asset was not found in my seat after I submitted the asset release request. This happened during the lockdown period when the asset was at the office facility and I was working from home, also I haven't visited the office during the period (24 March 2020 to 10 May 2021)
The IMG asset team didn't respond to the SIR raised or my emails so far and my final settlement is purposefully delayed with the above reason .Neither settlement team nor IMG taking responsibility of this incident happened because of their failure in asset handling.
Please investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.
