Wipro — FnF and PF issue

This is Suraj kumar sharma Ex employee of Wipro with EMP code (790330).

Wipro hired employees in bulk when they required, then Wipro terminate employee given silly reasons, when there is no requirement.

Management ask me to resign with 70 others, I have submitted my all due in front of my TL, also confirmed with present HR Karan, he clearly told me to wait for 45 FnF will credit in your account.

I was waiting for such a long time I never received any details or responds from Wipro Team, however HR always ask me to call Wipro customer care toll free number or else ask to visit Airoli office.

One day ago I raised complaints about my TL (Vikas gupta) because he used to do so many things unofficially. He forced the team to come 30 min prior to the shift and he to extend 30 min to give us briefing however other TL’s use to do this things within the shift, using TL meeting break. Sometimes we missed our cabs of drop. He become more arrogant - Not approving our on duty Regularization and there are lots of issues which impacts our salary. He never used to look after our salary issue, pick up-drop issues, etc. I denied to stay extra hours in office.

One day my TL Audit one of my call where customer was doing time pass on call and laughing and talking to some other person. I asked my customer that "sir Why you are laughing" Because he was continuously laughing on call. I was very polite on call even customer also feel that and replied me that “every time you guy are given this reason that network team is working.” It was healthy conversation between us, however my TL given me negative feedback of that call stating “ you should give warning on call to customer”, instead of asking. Asked me to sigh for 1st warning letter that particular time. When I denied to sign warning letter because I felt he was taking revenge with me. Then my TL went to QA department met with his friend and they both are made this ZTP stating I was unprofessional on call.

Finally my TL done all formalities. He ask me to go off call and he arranged meeting with Quality manager as I wasn't agree for unjustified feedback. Then they asked me to leave. He ask me give resign from online portal. Also took my signature on form and Refer me to HR karan.

HR karan check my all detail in system and he took my compliant against management behavior and gives me assurance to resolved it. Also he confirmed my resign from Wipro. then HR sent me for final formality i.e ID card submission to admin department. After that they gave me acknowledgements receipt too. Then HR karan asked me to wait for 45 days I will be received fnf in bank account.

This all incidents were happened on front of my entire team, those who were working with wipro from my team in jio process. Also you can find all the EVIDENCE from our office.

I faced mentally harassment from wipro bps.. also my salary still stuck in wipro and I got mail for submission dues and all for no reason. but kindly escalate this issue to right team so I can get justice .

After so many fights on email I got the confirmation mail from Wipro (pritam.[protected]@wipro.com) that I have not due anything.

I know I am nothing on front of Azim premji and Mukesh ambani. As a human being I need Justice in this matter.
