I have fetch my form 16 for year 18-19 but i am unable to login to alumini portal. It always says please register, which I have already done.

I am an ex-employee of wipro.
I got relived on 3rd November, 2019.
I need form 16 for financial year 2019-20, as the income tax returns filing has been started and i also need to file my itr.
I am trying to login thru Wipro Alumni but for user id it is asking of email id. I have registered the same thru my employee id only.
Please check n do the needful.
