Wipro — Full And Final Settlement Conflict

I Gaurav Khubchandani, emp id[protected], left wipro last month on 18th JAN 2020. My Full and final settlement is not correct on alumni portal, F&FTeam is not replying on mail chain. There are some problems that I'm facing-

1.Parental Insurance fees( 33k) has been deducted from my F&F, HR has confirmed that it should be employee's choice to continue with policy after termination from wipro.
2.I returned my wipro laptop on 18th Jan, and still it is showing "pending with employee" on alumni portal.
3. In F&F amount calculation-
1. they are taking HRA amount as 0rs for 18 days of working.
2. WBP as 0rs for 18days of working.
3. Leave encashment(8k) is not included in final calculation.
4. MAS remaining balance is not included in calculation.
