Wipro — have sent my documents to pf trust bangalore still not received my pf

I need to withdraw my pf balance, please provide your assistance. As i have already sent all my documents to the bangalore branch with all my documents and haven't received my pf yet. Submitted my documents on 02/01/2019. Its been 4months there is neither an email or any information regarding this.
