Wipro — I did not received bgv mail from wipro

Sir/madam,
i got appointment letter on 15 feb and i accepted it on 17 feb.i did not get any bgv mail to upload my documents.sir/madam can you please send me the link to upload documents beacuse its already late coz all my friends are received it
