Wipro — I'm complaining about unable to fill in background verification details.

I got selected for WIPRO WILP program and got a mail from the team for completing my background verification. unfortunately, I'm unable to fill in the details. the last name in the personal details has been disabled yet shows as mandatory field. because of which I am unable to move further and get the process done. I have tried all possible ways by raising ticket with the team but that did not help at all. I have raised more than 5 tickets, and it says it is resolved but the issue is still there. I kindly request for a solution as soon as possible.
