Wipro — Invalid PBL App ID

I am facing an error while accessing the PBL courses as "Invalid PBL App Id". I have followed every step mentioned in the PDF and tried to login using both "Resume number" as well as the "Superset Id" but I am facing the same problem again (INVALID PBL APP ID). I have been facing this issue for the last 2 weeks but it has not been resolved. I kindly request you to please help me access the courses available in the PBL app.
