Wipro — KYC regarding bank change are not approved on member portal | |
I am an ex-employee of Wipro bearing the employee number: 228430 I have updated the bank account details in the member portal. I have already contacted them through below communication mail IDs. alumnipf.[protected]@wipro.com [protected]@wipro.com uan.[protected]@wipro.com They have replied couple of times saying that it will be resolved end of the day. Change in bank account is seeded in the portal on March 5th, '21. Its been more than two weeks I have been following up with them in the mail. I have provided them all the necessary details they have requested for. (Adhar, PAN, bank cheque leaf and bank statement). I absolutely have no idea how to take it further and I am sick of sending them reminders. Was this information helpful? | |
