Wipro — Leave Encashment missing in the FnF

Due to the updation in the portal, I didn't receive my complete leave encashment in my final settlement. I was supposed to get Encashment for 19 leaves but i recieved only for 9 leaves.
Break up of leaves:
2020 - 7.5 leaves carry forwarded
2021 - 8 leaves carry forwarded
2022 - 3.5 ( 1.75 Jan + 1.75 Feb)

My 2021 leaves and Feb 2022 leaves have not been added.

I have mailed fnf team multiple times and did not get any response.Could you please help me with this.
