Wipro Limited — Form 16 and Experience letter

Hi kindly provide me with the payslip for the month of May, June, July, August, September, October 2021.
I got relieved from Wipro digital on Oct 29th, 2021. Now in my current employer, I need to fill in the previous employer details for which I'm in need of form 16 for the entire tenure with the income details for the above-mentioned months.

Kindly send me the details to the below mail id. I have already sent emails on this but have not got any reply. I'm just in need of form 16 and the payslips for those months and experience letter
