Wipro — LOA file not found on embark portal

I'm selected for the role of project engineer in WIPRO and I've accepted the LOA in BGV.

Yesterday I have received a mail subjected "Consent Accepted" and it says "Thank you for accepting Consent letter/s in Embark. However, you’ve not completed your profile yet. Please complete your profile at the earliest to continue with the next steps in the hiring process., Visit My Profile and complete your profile with the latest information. Keep your education and employment documents handy to ensure the information entered is accurate."

Now, when I logged in to embark portal, it shows that my profile is 100% completed, but when I click on "My Profile" it give me an "alert which says LOA file not found".

Please help me with what to do next.!.
