Jan 13th was my last date at Wipro- I have not received my relieving letter and final settlement yet.
When I am trying to login to the Wipro alumni - https://alumni.wipro.com/#/Aluminiportalui/ - when I click on the sig-in button its redirecting me to signup page.
when I try logging in by this link - https://wiproaadb2c.b2clogin.com/WiproAADB2C.onmicrosoft.com/B2C_1A_SAML_signup_...⇄ -- its reflecting an error message we're having trouble signing you in.

kindly provide resolution asap

Please login https://alumni.wipro.com/ using your Personal Email ( which is mentioned in Separation portal) . verification OTP email will be sent, post which you can access Alumni portal

I have the exact same problem. How was it rectified?
I successfully registered to the alumni portal. When I click on the sign-in button and MF authentication is also successful, it is redirecting me to signup page i.e verification page to enter (Employee ID, Relieving Year and Relieving Month).
After entering the details it shows up this message: You are already a registered user. Please Sign In to proceed.
