Management forcing to work extra daily for 1 or 2 hours 10.5hrs to 11hrs sometime it cross to 11 hours without break and they are putting that much pressure so we used to not take breaks and continually working to complete over flow task. even after next shift engineer are coming in shift.
for break also max 30min allowed how can a person came from break in 30min.
everyday asking for productivity even to newly joined employee who started working in shift from 15 days only.
no proper training are given what kind or work will be there and even shift timeing was not declaired at the time of interview by HR.
even no Week off on every sat & sunday.
we have family and most of occasion function are arranged on Sunday only and management strictly not allowed to get off on weekends.
daily max 9.5 hour shift with min 45-50min break should be allowed
alternative Sat sunday should be off as rotational shift some time we can work and sometime need off on Weekends too and there is an Life before ane after Company work. Was this information helpful? |
