may i know does how many days it took to solve the issue and how was it solved

I got Selected in the Wipro ELITE NTH FY 22 and was asked to complete the Background verification but i am unable to update documents, & even I am unable to process to next step as it says to fill the mandatory fields on the mobile number tab even though the mobile number is already registered but the error was country code is added i.e (+91-), so I request you to remove (+91) & correct the issue so I can complete my Background Verification.
