Wipro — Missing item after returning to company for repair

I have purchased a mixer grinder from amazon on 24 feb 25 of wipro comapny model no - wipro FMG 206. After 2 month o[censored]sage it’s getting overheated and loud noise while usage i have raised complaint regarding this after 2-3 days they said please return that item and we will return back that item to you after 7 days of return complete, but its been 25 days from 16 may I haven’t got any msg regarding that item . I haven’t any status of that item . Customer care is not responding . Please help me get my item back .
