Wipro — Mobile number field issue

I got selected in wipro and was asked to complete the background verification but i am unable to edit the default phone number, i am unable to process to next step as it says to fill the mandatory fields on the mobile number tab even through the mobile number is already registered but the error was country code is added i.e.(+91). so i request you to correct the issue so i can complete my background verification.

Correction which needs to be done:-
make correction in mobile number field, make it editable or remove +91 prefix from default filled mobile number.

I am facing the issue, after filling all the fields, click on "save next". it raise message that "please enter mandatory fields". that field is Mobile Number, which is filled by default and not editable field. As per screenshot attached. so I am not able to proceed form to next step.
