Wipro — My Embark account is locked

My embark account is locked due to five consecutive incorrect password and when I tried to unlock it, it shows activation link expired. I have mailed to @onboarding.[protected]@wipro.com but till now I haven't received any response. Kindly solve the issue.

My embark portal account is locked due to many consecutive incorrect login attempts.and when I try to reset the password it is shows as the link is send to registration mail but I didn't receive that.kindly assist me to solve this issue as soon as possible.
