Wipro — Need Wipro offer letter - Alumini portal not working

I am writing to report an issue with the Wipro Alumni Portal, which is currently not working for me.

I need to urgently download my offer letter; however, despite multiple attempts, I am unable to access the Alumni Portal. The portal either does not load properly or prevents me from retrieving the required documents.
