Wipro — "no update after submitting documents on embark portal (resume number:[protected]"

Hi Team,

My name is Sai Kumar, and I received an email from Wipro asking me to upload documents on the Embark portal. I have uploaded all my documents, and my profile is 100% complete. However, it has been 15-20 days, and I have not received any updates. Additionally, I cannot see the status of my background verification (BGV) on the Embark portal. I have reached out to the recruiting team multiple times, but I have not received any responses to my calls or messages. I am a little worried about the delay and unsure of how many more days it might take. Could you please provide an update on the status and let me know the next steps?
