Wipro — no update from wipro after loi pre skill training not started

I was selected by Wipro Technologies through their off-campus recruitment drive for ELITE program as Project engineer and received my Letter of Intent (LOI) on January 23, 2025. The offer mentioned that pre-skill training and onboarding details would follow.

However, it has been over two months, and there has been no update regarding training, onboarding, or joining. I have sent multiple emails to their recruitment and campus teams (manager.[protected]@wipro.com, etc.), but I have not received any response.

This lack of communication has caused serious mental stress and career uncertainty, as I am unable to plan my future or apply elsewhere. Many other candidates are facing the same issue.

I am requesting Wipro to provide a clear update or timeline regarding onboarding. Such irresponsible behavior from a reputed company is disappointing.

Please help escalate this issue. I am attaching my LOI for reference.
