Wipro — Not able to apply for form for Job

Respected sir/ma'am,

I got notification from my college for upcoming wipro hiring and need to submit the form. I try to submit the form but got a notification that my account is already assisting. So to login with your ID and apply.

I logged in with my ID but there is no Notification and Upcoming Event
showing on my page. I am not sure how can i apply now.

Kindly help me to fix this issue.
