Wipro — Not able to enter mobile number while filling details for background verification

Hello,
I am shushritha. Resume Number : 24209763
I tried entering my mobile number manually but that particular field is not taking any input.
I have left with 6 more days to upload all documents for background verification. Since, Mobile number is mandatory to submit I am unable navigate for next section. Kindly resolve my issue
