Wipro — Not able to login to the wipro alumni portal

I have been trying to reach out wipro alumni support team by emailing on 'alumnicircle.[protected]@wipro.com' my issue regarding not able to login to wipro portal but not getting any response.

My issue is while login to wipro alumni portal, it is asking otp which goes to the registered phone number. but my register mobile number is no longer in service so i am not able to get otp and hence not able to login.

How can I get my mobile number changed so that I can login.
