Wipro — Not able to submit the required documents

I have accepted the letter of authorization on 13 march 2023. I tried uploading the required educational documents in the attached link. However i am unable to upload any of the documents as it is popping up showing profile has already been submitted. I just logged into the website and a pop-up appeared that "you cannot edit or modify the details". This happens every now and then whenever i try to upload the documents.

Actually the main problem is that the document browse or drop section is not working, so that i am not able to upload the required documents.

May i request you please help in uploading documents.
