Wipro — Not able to upload documents in wipro embark pre offer

My BGV is turned out to be red and may i know the reason because all my criteria is upto the mark and all the documents that were provided from my side was all original and what mistake i have done so that i can re-correct my bgv uploading documents . please do reply ASAP.

i messed up the dates of my permanent address and my present addres and i did not have my marks card uploaded in superset so i got a mail saying this. by mistake my to date of permanent address overlapped with my from date of present address. Ill provide you all the necessary documents please reply ASAP.
