Wipro — Not releasing Offer letter

Interview was conducted in Jan 2022, they asked for all documents for BGV, and guess what after that no update, no response nothing, after a month they again scheduled call to capture your video call and meeting done within 30 sec, without any single update... only one answer that there are some technical issues. And again after a month a fellow called me and asked r u still interested, we will release offer letter in 2 3 days... Its been more than 3 months and they are just fooling us... Scam...
