[Resolved] Wipro — Onboarding Delay for 6 times so far

I got offer from Wipro on 21 March 2022 with the joining date of 13th June 2022. Hence I left my previous company on 10 June 2022 by serving 3 months notice period. But Wipro was not onboarded me on 13th June 2022. When I reach recruiter, she said that background verification is pending and asked 3 week of time to complete it and sent an addendum letter to join on 4th July 2022. I accepted the same. On 1st July 2022 I got a call from recruiter and he said that there is some technical server issue, so he changed my DOJ as 6th July 2022. Again on 6th July the recruiter told that due to some project issue he changed my DOJ to 11th July 2022. Again on 11th July 2022 he changed my DOJ to 14th July 2022. I wrote a strong email to recruiters manager. That manager asked another recruiter to call me to convince. Finally they have given 25th July 2022 as my next DOJ. But since 14 July 2022, recruiter and their manager is not responding to me over email, call or message. So I don't believe them that they will onboard me on 25 July also. I loss job in previous company and I waited till now without salary because of wipro offer only. I have infant kid and recently purchased home also. I lost everything and facing financial issues because of your offer only. Your playing with my life and career also.I thought wipro is the one of the best MNC company in india. Now what should I do. Outside we don't have opportunities also. Without requirements why you people interviewed me and released the offer. Please suggest me what should I do now. Was this information helpful? Jul 22, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved They sent onboarding email today. I am happy now. Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 22, 2022 Updated by Venkateshaggu They have sent me the onboarding email and saved my life. Finally my dream is becoming true to work in Wipro. I am proud to be Wipro employee.

I got my offer later 30 March and after same we have received green audit in may and also received addendum later in 10 june today is 28 July but no any information that when my joining

I have already a job drop for Wipro.

Wipro is good MNC company it's my dream company and since i have 3 months job less also I have face financial problem when I was since drop job

Please suggest me what should I do now.

I got offer from Wipro on 21 Feb 2022 with the joining date of 11th April 2022. Hence I rejected my previous company offer. Due to some problem i couldn't attend ONBOARDING on that day. After 3 days a recruiter called me and asked for onboarding date and she provided me 2 dates (30th May and 13th June), i told her i'm convenient with 30th May, She said i will send to ONBOARDING MAIL FOR 30TH MAY, but she didn't sent for that date, she sent mail for 13th JUNE. But Wipro was not onboarded me on 13th June 2022. When I reach recruiter agian, she said that we will send another onboarding mail and told wipro postponed your onboarding.But since 13 June 2022, recruiter and their manager is not responding to me over email, call or message.

I loss job in previous company and I waited for nearly 8 months without salary because of wipro offer only. I have my brother who i should look after him. I lost everything and facing financial issues because of your offer only. Your playing with my life and career also.I thought wipro is the one of the best MNC company in india. Now what should I do. Outside we don't have opportunities also. Without requirements why you people interviewed me and released the offer. Please suggest me what should I do now.

I got offer letter on 22nd January 2022 after that I got internship mails and i successfully completed all modules and project also and wait for 3 months after checking bgv and got green audit mail and also on boarding mail on 26th May 2022 but all my wipro login credentials are blocked and unable to attend the on boarding that day after that I send lot of mails to the company to related on boarding doubts and clarification they only sending a authorised mails without any clarifications and till now no update or any clarifications about on boarding
Literally I have been waiting 3 months from my last on boarding update there is no clarity or anything i loss other jobs because of the wipro is the good company but i have been facing lot of financial problems and waiting for 6 months without any idea and sightly becoming hopeless
Please help me to quick on boarding

I got selected for WILP. I got offer letter on 7th July 2022. I got green audit mail on march 1st 2023 Still haven't gotten an update Regarding onboarding it's been 1 and half year. I'm waiting still for my onboarding. please help me out with this.
