Wipro — Pending issues, pending claims, 70% unwanted stock dumping

Respected sir .
I didn't received any status of my pending issues despite of reminding many times to ASM:NARASIMHULU and SO:RAGHAVENDRA. So i am sending you an mail hoping that i find solution from your end .

SO:raghavendra had informed me on 29/07/2016 that if i don't accept the consignment(which was not ordered by us) i face problem that i have to resign to the distribution.
SO: shashidhar had informed me to put an mail stating that i am ready to leave the distribution and do F&F .
.
This made me take final decision to stop RTGS .despite of moving forward even if i am unsatisfied by the mgmt .

My query: 1) since few invoices we are not receiving the stock as per requirement in market, it has been altered on their own targets which is resulting in mismatch of the demand and supply in the market .due to this we have lost secondary orders of nearly 4 lakhs.

2)claims are worth above 1 lakh are pending since 5-6months which is 15% of total sales turnover .
3) STR ORG MEGA 50GM SET PACK is not billed for me since 6-7months, and SO informed me that mega is stopped., but I came to know its billed for other distributors. and prior to this ASM :narsimhulu and SO : raghavendra informed me orally that untill i do cheque transactions they wont bill me str org 55gm set pack. when i asked them to provide me an official mail regarding this so that i can look forward for cheque transations, they denied in doing it.

We are here to fulfill the requirements in the market, even after maintaining sufficient holding stock, i am being dumped with same sku's to meet their targets, were as the market requirement is completely different, which is critically affecting sales . So i am dis-satisfied by the management, IF THIS IS GOING TO BE THE COMPANY POLICY I AM NOT READY TO CONTINUE THE DISTRIBUTION.

NOTE: sir I will provide my resignation only after my pending issues are solved and credited to me .
