I was working with wipro bps after which i was transferred to wt hyderabad, the of account needs to be transferred for which i have applied and sent it by post to of office bangalore. There is no update yet. I want to transfer and withdraw pf amount. Please help.

Doj wipro bps : 19.04.2016 to 30.09.2018
Doj wt: 01.10.2019 to 04.07.2019.
Wipro technologies is expected account hence account details cannot be seen as well.
I need to withdraw and transfer the amount which is not being done online even after sending form 13 to the of office bangalore
