I’ve written multiple emails to alumini PF mailer alias before I decided to rise a compliant here. Can you double check?

No one from support is responding to the queries sent to the alumni PF mailer. I've sent nearly 12+ remainder emails. I suspect "are they operational?" or "they just don't care since I left the organization?"
