Wipro — pf transfer claim pending at employer

I have applied for online transfer claim form [form 13 (Revised) ] claim date : 14/09/2019.
Claim form has been sent to wividus - ec 1, 2nd, 3rd & 5th flr, tower 4, no. 72, keonics, e. City, bangalore 656 via indian post a month ago but there is still no update from wipro to accept/reject the claim.
Kindly process the claim at the earliest.
