Hi, I’m trying to transfer my PF from 2nd company to my current organisation (3rd), however, the transfer is not going forward because Wipro (1st company) EPS details are not transferred to the previous organisation correctly. My transfer has been rejected twice already due to this.
EPFO grievance raised has directed me to settle/transfer Wipro PF/ EPS account first. File with EPFO response and error screenshots attached.

I was employed at Wipro in between[protected] before UAN or KYC linking policy.
If I try to create / activate my Wipro UAN online, it says UAN already created but Aadhaar details not linked
I signed up on Alumni Portal, but the 'Raise helpline ticket' does not work at all, tried to submit ticket multiple times but it keeps loading the screen after submitting and signs out after a long time due to inactivity.
I have written email to them directly as well, but there is no response or acknowledgement so far.
Kindly help link my Aadhaar to previous UAN so that I can complete all my pending transfers. Thanks
