Wipro — PF transfer issue - UAN not linked with Aadhaar

Hi, I’m trying to transfer my PF from 2nd company to my current organisation (3rd), however, the transfer is not going forward because Wipro (1st company) EPS details are not transferred to the previous organisation correctly. My transfer has been rejected twice already due to this.

EPFO grievance raised has directed me to settle/transfer Wipro PF/ EPS account first. File with EPFO response and error screenshots attached.

I was employed at Wipro in between[protected] before UAN or KYC linking policy.

If I try to create / activate my Wipro UAN online, it says UAN already created but Aadhaar details not linked

I signed up on Alumni Portal, but the 'Raise helpline ticket' does not work at all, tried to submit ticket multiple times but it keeps loading the screen after submitting and signs out after a long time due to inactivity.

I have written email to them directly as well, but there is no response or acknowledgement so far.

Kindly help link my Aadhaar to previous UAN so that I can complete all my pending transfers. Thanks

Hello, today I received a response from Wipro asking me to share E-Aadhaar. After I shared it 2 days ago, I have received new response (image 4) with a screenshot of my details in the PF account, along with steps on how to update the details after logging into the portal, which I am already aware. When I am unable to activate the UAN itself (image 1) due to Wipro mentioning my gender and marital status as 'not provided' in the PF account which shouldn't have been the case, how can they advise me to login to portal (which is not in my control) and update my details?! (image 2) I have responded to the Email as attached (image 3) asking them to update my details and link my aadhaar.

They are not understanding the issue or updating the details no matter how many times I explain that I am not able to activate UAN because it is asking employer to update the basic details. Here is a mail from Wipro telling me how to activate UAN, the point I am reaching out to them is because it is not getting activated because the details they have given is incorrect. They expect me to login to portal and correct the details. Highly questionable if the one responding has common sense or not?
