Wipro — pf withdrawal assistance

I am unable to withdraw my pf as i had 2 pf accounts with wipro that is with bpo and later with wt and both were not merged.
I recently had the bpo pf transferred with wt so that i can withdraw as the team asked me but since then no one is replying on my emails with information that i need to submit it.
Every time email goes to a new person in that team and every new person without reading the previous conversation just keeps asking me new new details and they don’t answer my questions at all.
I don’t have any details to escalate it and they won’t even give me a phone number to talk to.
I am seeking assistance on it since december 2019.

Updated by Poojajadav I have been writing to them since December 2019, noone there knows their job.
They still haven't been able to meet my requirements and I guess you all did not read the complaint either that you are asking me to connect again with team that I have been facing issues with for 2 months now.

Is there any escalation matrix than giving me a run around.
