To give you some background, i worked as a senior legal executive in the wi team, under mr. Somanath ballari, stationed at the sarjapura road office. I quit wipro in august 2017 to move to the netherlands and have remained here since.
Immediately following my departure in august 2017, i had sent an email to the relevant id provided at the time of my exit to seek a withdrawal of my pf fund. Please see attached a mail thread from 2017 detailing my request. Following the lack of response, i again sent several emails and subsequent reminders to various hr individuals who i was put in touch with, by my former colleagues. However, none seemed to have provided any response to enable the withdrawal of funds.
As recently as a few months back, i was asked to register on the alumni portal and was told that, in the event i was unable to login, i should get in touch with anumary kunjukunju, who provided the registration details. Despite sending several emails to that effect, as recently as last month, i still haven't got a reply.
I have a settled job in the netherlands and do not intend to move back to india in the foreseeable future, which is why i seek a withdrawal of my pf funds, which as i understand, is well within my entitlement as a former employee, given that the funds are intended for my benefit.
I request you to kindly take this up at your end, so as to ensure speedy redressal of this issue, given its been over 2 years.
