I am Siddesh Algeri, and I wrote PJP related issues several times to PJP helpdesk/head and manager.campus but didn't receive even a single mail from them stating PJP issue has been resolved. So, few days ago, I received an email which asks me to complete my PJP with 100% so that it will be easy for my onboarding. But how am I supposed to complete the training on PBLApp as I'm not able to login for so long. I logged in as it was expected by the PDF attached with proper credentials i.e using personal Email ID instead of college ID and used Superset ID as well, but it shows "Account not found/Invalid in PBLApp". I logged in to PBLApp even before getting the PJP mail. And now i can't do the same process again because it is a one time registration. Most of my friends are able to do PJP but not me. As I am not able to login, I can't view the resources available on PBLApp eventually it will result in delaying my onboarding process. Please help me with this as it has been so long that i haven't even seen the technologies that i got on PBLApp. I am not able to login even once. Hopes regarding PJP is tumbling down from my side. I even wrote to general manger Aparna ma'am on LinkedIn but still didn't got any help from her too.
