We have purchased a server from Wipro "Wipro Netpower". Recently the SMPS got damaged and a complain was lodged to Wipro. After 4 to 5 days a person from wipro came to check the server. He was so incompetent that he could not even open the cover. After another two days another person came. He noted down something and went away. One more person came after another two days. He opened the SMPS and said that it was damaged and he can repair it. He took it along with him. The next day he submitted a quotation of Rs. 18000.00 for repairing. We were shocked by the high amount. We called Wipro and we were informed that the person " Rana Das" is not their employee. It was inform by one Dipankar of wipro. Accordingly we called Rana Das and took back the SMPS.
Mr. Dipankar assured us that he will make sure that the SMPS is replaced in another two days. But almost 10 days passed and the SMPS was not replaces. We were informed that it is not available in the market and they ave to order it from Kolkota. After few days Mr. Dipankar called and said that he has arranged an SMPS and it will be replaced the next day. Accordingly it was replaced and this tie some issue with the HDD occurred and the same was rectified the next day. They submitted a scanned copy of the bill of Rs. 2500(Rs. 2000 for SMPS and Rs. 500 service charge). We were ok with the bills. It was submitted on 1.7.2016.
Now Mr. Dipankar behaved very unethically regarding quick payment of the bill. The bill was not even submitted yesterday forenoon when he talked over phone very impolitely. Even today when we asked him to submit the original bill he was very restless. Such unethical behavior is not at all accepted.
