Wipro — Regarding background verification in embark portal

I got Selected in the Wipro WILP 2023. I got mailto upload documents for background verification.

I couldn't fill my personal details in the embark portal. I have to enter my last name i.e; name column is not working as default so, I couldn't edit it.
It particularly shows the error under last name column as "please enter your last name", When I click save and next button in personal details section it is showing "please enter mandatory fields" and I'm unable to choose my gender too due to this I am unable to save personal details and proceed to the next section for background verification.

I have accepted letter of authorization (in declaration) on 22 August 2023 and have been facing this issue.

I kindly request you to look into this matter, if possible edit my last name in last name column and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
