[Resolved] Wipro — Regarding Background Verification Process | |
My resume number is 20924653 and I have received the email for background verification process on 17th May, 2021. I want to bring the issue into your knowledge that the website on which I have to do the Background Verification Process is not responding. I have tried multiple times by logging in the dashboard and then clicking on Background Verification tab - Fill more profile details but after that it only gives the error showing Server error in application. Kindly help in this regard since Only few days are left for completing the process. Was this information helpful? | |
Jun 14, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The issue is resolved as I tried to contact them through emails and told the problem. I have gotten a mail from [email protected] after few weeks in which they have again told to do the BGV process. When I did so then the site was working and it directly opened the embark profile after fill more profile details option. Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
