Wipro — Regarding BGV verification.

My BGV is turned out to be red because of backlogs but i don't have any backlogs. may i know the reason because all my criteria is upto the mark and all the documents that were provided from my side was all original and what mistake i have done so that i can re-correct my bgv uploading documents . please do reply ASAP.
