Wipro — Regarding issue in code completion tracker in pbl app

My resume number is 22224813.I have completed all my courses in my pbl app but i cannot upload mini projects and hands on assignments in code completion tracker. As soon as I am opening the code completion tracker tab it is showing http 404 error since last 6, 7 days as you can see i have attached the screenshot .I have completed all mini projects and hands on assignments and I was waiting for it to be fixed till the last but now the end date of my pbl app is 31 december which is 3 days later.
