Wipro — Regarding mobile number is showing 0 and cannot able to change it

Hello Sir,
As I am requested to upload the documents and when I logged in and done with the first page (personal details), I can't move forward as it shows please fill all the mandatory details and the problem is with the mobile number, it is showing as 0 and I am not able to modify it please help me to solve this issue.
