Wipro — Regarding my resume number

I registered myself on the superset platform for the Wipro ENTH 2022.My interview was completed on 17may and I did not get any further steps yet.Now i want to send mail to wipro for next steps and they send me a link for query asking for the resume number/reference number. But I don't have any. So please resolve my issue as soon as possible and send me a resume number with synergy login ID and password.
