Wipro — Regarding Wipro LOA, Background Verification

1.I have selected in Wipro as project engineer. I have uploaded all certificates which have been asked in background verification, but now i am getting an alert "LOA file is not found". What should i do now. where do i upload the file. 2. I have uploaded all the certificates up to now. we got 6 semester certificates up to now. As our college belongs to jntuk they did not provide us original certificate of 6th semester.so i have uploaded xerox copy of my certificate, but still they have been sending mail as please upload 6th semester certificate. As soon as i get original certificate i will upload it. Is it ok ?? 3. If we have any backlog after we placed, does it effect on our job??? please accept my queries and answer them as soon as possible. I request people of Wipro customer support. Hi, Iam also facing same issue - "LOA file not found". I have already accepted LOA and uploaded all the required documents and updated all the information that is asked in embark portal. Now when I open that portal, Iam getting the alert " LOA file not found". What this mean? Will it affect my offer letter? Please update me on this issue. How I can solve this issue.
