Wipro — Request for Clarification unable to edit details --Prasad D[protected]

I got mail from [protected]@wipro.com to give the clarification with regard to:

Criminal Check
Database Check
Address Verification
Current Employment
Education
Resume Validation
Identity Check

When I open the link, it is saying profile is submitted and cannot edit it.
My profile is 100% completed. I have submitted all the required documents. What clarification do I need to give.

Even I cannot find any section for criminal check & Database check. What clarification do I need to provide for the remaining.

Please do the needful suggestion to process my profile.
