Wipro — Testimonial and relieving letter is not issued even after 3 months of resignation

I was the part of Wipro WIMS program since[protected]. I left Wipro on[protected]. It's been 3 months after leaving Wipro but till now I haven't received my testimonial and relieving letter. I have dropped multiple emails to HR and finalsettlement.[protected]@wipro.com but didn't get any response from them. I have cleared all my dues such as Bond money and laptop handover on my last day and have all the receipts for the same. Also, I am not able to access the alumni portal. Please help me in getting these documents as it is delaying my joining in next organization.
